Peppermint Brook Cottages is ideally located and provides comfortable accommodation at affordable prices.

Bushland Cottages Pty Ltd purchased the property in June of 2003 and has, since then, made significant improvements to property appearance, amenity and creature comforts. The cottages are now comfortable and cosy and we have an ongoing programme of renovation.  

Sue and Mark Coffey are the live-in managers and Sue is usually available through the day, should there be the need. You will occasionally see her mowing the lawns and attending other duties on the property and (in her spare time) overseeing her younger children.

Peppy Brook’s a friendly place, with resident chooks (chickens) scurrying about looking for worms. A family of ducks has been known to visit regularly and Jessie (the Coffey family’s dog) is always around looking for someone to throw a stick or ball.

It has a simple charm about it and we’re constantly receiving very positive comments.

The property is located just 700 metres from the centre of Margaret River and offers an ideal holiday retreat. From Peppermint Brook Cottages, it’s just a short drive to internationally acclaimed wineries, galleries, potteries and surf breaks; and a leisurely 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
